We are super confident that you will love our Peruvian products! But, just in case you do not, you can return your order within 14 days for a refund.

Our products are handmade with love by Peruvian artisans from Cuzco, Puno, Ayacucho and Arequipa. However, if you're not completely satisfied, email us at hello@tupuhome.com with any issues within 7 days and provide us with photos of the product you are dissatisfied with.

• Return conditions:

• Refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect items upon our assessment.
• We are unable to provide refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, you will instead receive store credit in the form of a gift card.
• Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items, so please be careful when choosing your products. Contact us hello@tupuhome if you require further information on product prior to purchasing.
• You will receive your refund or online store credit once your return has been processed and approved. Please allow up to 7 days for this to occur.

SHIPPING FEES

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items.
• Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.  

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Email hello@tupuhome.com, with the reason for the return, photos of the (s) you want to return and your order #.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval. 
3. You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.
4. Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to Delivered.

*Item/s must be returned with its original packaging otherwise, a refund will not be issued. If returned in unsellable packaging, we may provide a store credit at our discretion.
