Pako Alpaca takes over London - 2022
Pako alpaca loves to explore London and today he is really happy to share with all of you his favourite places:
1. Hjem Café (https://hjemkensington.com/)
Hjem is a coffee shop on Launceston Place (3 min walk from Hyde Park), which is one of London's prettiest corners and only a ten-minute walk from High Street Kensington. This is definitely Pako's favourite coffee shop and it's also a 10 minute walk from our showroom.
2. Hyde Park
London's Hyde Park is one of the greatest city parks in the world, and Pako loves spending his afternoons and weekends at this beautiful park.
3. Serpentine - Hyde Park
The Serpentine lake is one of London's most popular boating lakes, home to a wide variety of wildlife including the resident swans of Hyde Park. Pako loves to hang out with the swans or read a great book.
4. Buckingham Palace
Buckingham Palace has served as the official London residence of the UK’s sovereigns since 1837 and today is the administrative headquarters of the Monarch. Pako‘s dream is to have a cup of tea with the Queen, since he moved to London he is always trying to accomplish his dream.
5. The London eye
The London Eye is the only attraction offering a constantly changing 360 degree perspective of central London. You will be able to see London from the river, from the tops of the buildings and from 404 feet high. We haven't actually gotten in, but we will soon.
6. Big Ben
Visiting big ben is your opportunity to dive into the history of London. The neo-Gothic clock tower, designed by Augustus Pugin and part of Charles Barry's plans for the new Houses of Parliament after a fire destroyed the original, was built in 1859, standing at 315 feet tall.
We hope you enjoy Pako's favourite places in London! If you have any comments/questions, feel free to message our team at hello@tupuhome.com
